Board Meeting Schedule
The Board of the Woods Garden Club meets monthly on the third Thursday of each month. The meetings begin at 6:00 PM and are held at the RE/MAX office on University Blvd. These meetings are open to all WGC members and you are encouraged to attend these meetings whenever possible. The agenda is posted here six (6) days prior to the meeting. If you have any questions or issues you would like the Board to consider, please notify the Board prior to the meeting. This will allow time for the Board to gather any additional information that might be needed to ensure you receive a prompt and well-informed response.
The Annual HOA meeting is typically held on the fourth Thursday of January. You are urged to attend the Annual Meeting as this is your opportunity to ask questions, provide valuable input, make suggestions concerning the operation of your HOA and most importantly elect new members for your Board. If you or someone you know is interested in serving on the Board, please contact us prior to the meeting.
