The Woods, located in southeast Tyler, is one of the premier communities in Tyler. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, churches and the medical centers, The Woods has easy access to the amenities of Tyler. The preservation of the development's forested environment has created a unique and beautiful setting for the many subdivisions scattered throughout.

With elegantly landscaped custom homes on heavily wooded lots, The Woods is a safe, “family-friendly” neighborhood. Amenities like walking trails, landscaped common areas, community pool and greenbelts offer many opportunities for neighbors to get acquainted as they enjoy the beauty and tranquility of our community.

The Woods is located in the Chapel Hill school district. Also, many excellent private schools are within a short drive from The Woods. The University of Texas at Tyler is located immediately north of The Woods on Spur 248.
