Annual Homeowner Assessments
The annual homeowners assessment for The Woods Garden Club members is $300.00. However, the assessment is only $270 if paid in full by January 31. If you choose to pay monthly, the assessment is $25 payable by the first of each month. If you have any questions about the assessment, please contact East Texas Community Management at 903-705-4777.

You will be notified in writing should your balance ever exceed $150. A $3 per month interest charge will be added for each month the past due balance remains between $150.00 and $199.99. Formal collection procedures may be initiated should your balance exceed $200.
The Woods Garden Club HOA Board is pleased to announce Direct Debit Payment is now available for residents to pay their association dues. This free service will automatically take your current assessment payment directly from the account you choose on the 5th business day of each month. No more worrying if you forgot to make your payment, no more late fees! You can download and print the direct debit form here. Once you submit your form, please continue making your monthly payment via mail until you receive confirmation of when the direct debit will begin.
The gated communities homeowners associations within The Woods have assessments in addition to the assessment from The Woods Garden Club Homeowners Association. These assessments are listed below.
Brighton Creek Property Owners Association
In addition to the annual Woods Garden Club assessment, members of the Brighton Creek Property Owners Association are assessed an additional $650 per year ($500 if paid prior to January 31) and a $300 per year Road Assessment.

Broadmoore Homeowners Association
In addition to the annual Woods Garden Club assessment, members of the Broadmoore Homeowners Association are assessed an additional $25 per month.

River Oaks Property Owners Association
In addition to the annual Woods Garden Club assessment, members of the River Oaks Property Owners Association are assessed an additional $500 per year plus a $200 per year Road Assessment.
